We had been considering taking our daughter to see Jersey Boys for her seventeenth birthday. It’s not really my cup of tea, but we told her that she could bring a couple of her friends along and I think that they’ll really get a kick out of it. I went on MB Tickets and found the Jersey Boys Tickets with no problem at all. I had thought that I was going to be paying an arm and a leg after the ridiculous amounts of money I had read that parents were spending on Hannah Montana tickets for their kids, but surprisingly the tickets were only about fifty dollars apiece. That means the entire night from beginning to end should probably run me less than three hundred dollars – which is quite a bit less than what we spent on our son’s birthday earlier this year. We were originally going to do a similar party for her, but after she saw a commercial for a live show with her favorite TV characters in it, she didn’t want anything else. Even after we told her that going to the show was going to be her gift, it didn’t matter – that was all she wanted.
