When I saw the moving van pull up I knew our new neighbors were finally moving in. They had been hard at work painting and cleaning up for about two weeks now. We had spoken briefly when Judy rang my bell and asked me if she could borrow a pen and some paper. She had told me there were relocating due to her husband taking a new job. Judy and Ron were from New York and were anxious to get settled so they could experience some Chicago entertainment. Judy was afraid that Chicago couldn’t compare to New York in that respect. She told me they we movers and shakers and liked to be on the go. I told her that Chicago gives New York a lot of competition. When she asked me what is there to do here I rattled off from the top of my head a few things they could do. She was quite pleased with the long list that came to me so fast. She didn’t think Chicago had so much to offer. Judy and Ron love to go out and experience new sites. She wanted to learn about hot spots in Chicago so she would be prepared when her friends came to visit they had some place in mind to take them.
